   Age, role, background, context. Enough to “see” them as a person, not just a segment.

2. What do they want?

   Their main goals, desires, or outcomes. What success looks like for them (freedom, clients, income, credibility, etc.).

3. What’s in their way?

   The pain points, frustrations, and obstacles they face. Why they haven’t solved it yet.

4. Where do they spend their attention?

   Platforms, formats, and habits. How they like to consume and engage with content.

5. Why should they care about you?

   The unique value, advantage, or voice you bring. Why your perspective hits home compared to generic advice.
